Items Needed
We need donations of or to borrow the items listed below. You may bring them to the band room at your convenience between now and Smoky.
1) 2 liter drinks for our students to drink during their breaks.
2) Cups for our students to use during their breaks.
3) Coolers or large tubs for icing down drinks. We need as many as
possible. (We would also like to borrow some coolers for football game drinks.)
4) Large bags of charcoal. We used 150 pounds last year. Most large bags
of charcoal weigh around 17 lbs. We need at least 10 large bags of charcoal to cover our needs.
5) Baked goods to be individually packaged for sale. Items that sell well
are cookies, rice crispy squares, and brownies. Can be homemade or store bought. Do not bring before Friday, Oct. 17.
6) Crock pots
7) Heavy-duty electrical extension cords.
8) Easy Up Tents for booths. We need 15 of them.
9) Leaf blowers
10) Folding chairs for volunteers themselves when they work.
11) Need whole cakes and pies for Hospitality suite.
12) Need small cups for band members as they enter the field. Need a donation from Wendy’s, etc. We’ll need enough to cover all band members in all bands.
13) We’ll need people with trucks to help get items to and from the competition.
